FOUNDRY DIVISION:
Foundry division is equipped with 2 Nos. of Induction furnace having melting capacity of 10 MT per day. In addition to furnaces, casting testing equipments and metal testing laboratory is equipped in foundry where raw material tested before casting for its chemical properties, Hardness, and Wet analysis.
MACHINING DIVISION:
Machining operation start only after test casting and approved by our quality control engineers. We manufacture Piston Pin and Cylinder Liners & Sleeves of all type of Engines and Vehicles by OEM drawing and as per customer's specifications or drawings.
